Jon and I decided to go to Las Vegas for a few days to get away from the cold of winter here. We left on Wednesday and on Thursday morning we got a phone call that Caleb had been hurt while ice skating with his school class. Our nice relaxing weekend away ended up being a little interrupted with trying to get him situated and to the Dr. to figure out what had happened to him. It turned out that he cracked his patella and will be on crutches with no weight or bending for at least a month! Wow just what we wanted to deal with as spring was just coming for us and all the fun the kids have going outside after a long winter of being in the house. But we are dealing with it and he is being a good sport. Thanks to great friends and his sisters he was just fine.
